I dont have the perfect relationship. I dont WANT the perfect relationship. Without some sort of challenge, there would be nothing interesting. Even though it is far from perfect, I wouldnt trade the relationship I do have for the world. DV

For me. A relationship must have growth, it simply must or it stagnates then dies. So if perfection is reached..then growth would stop. The inner drive to continue learning and seeing new things just for the sheer want of it wouldnt continue. Plus I am way way not perfect so it would be like shooting myself in the foot lol. Perfect is a bit scary to me. A damn good relationships is a different thing [:D] . Where both are still on their paths, still learning about themselves and others. Sometimes it can cause friction but even that is growth if you learn from it. So to me, it is the damned good relationship that I aspire to. That one is where I am with someone that understands me. It's really becoming that simple, someone that understands me & is willing to cope with my medical baggage. If I put on my rose colored glasses and shut one eye, then that type of relationship can be imagined. OP, if you meant perfect in a different way I would answer in a different manner. But there is no perfect unless it is dessert.

There is no such thing as a perfect relationship. I personally find pleasure in the imperfections. And what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

We smooch, I pet his hair as he checks the boards, we have dinner and later engage in Mad, Passionate, Rough Snugglebunnies Saturday - morning: the alarm goes off, so we've roll out of bed, make breakfast, and prepare for volunteering at the club Saturday - afternoon: because we are indeed cool like that, our volunteer shift goes swimmingly and we scoot to get food. Afterwards, Daddy drives us to my place so that I can pack and we can take a nap before ... Saturday - night: ... that evening's play party, at which we play fairly hard and I cry a lot and then get more Snugglebunnies. Sunday - bloody early: Daddy drives me to his place, which is why I packed. Sunday - day: we cuddle, I cook, we watch movies and I sneak bouts of cleaning at his place until we have to go to sleep because he works ... well, bloody early.
