No clothes pins won't hurt and 4 oz. isn't too heavy to start but I think you will have a hard time getting the clothespins to hold 4oz. for an extended length of time without them snapping off which will hurt and might cut you and that my friend sucks. Not to question your Master, but why do the weights only three days a week? The point is to be constantly stretching them if you want to add length, so you will sometimes take 2 days off only to start again? From personal experience I can tell you that this plan will condition them for heavy play but it isn't going to be effective in stretching them. Stretching is a long term goal and a daily commitment and will involve some discomfort on your part at the very least. You can start with a 4oz. and move up another quarter every 10 days or so. If you nipples are bleeding or chapped, which they will be if you are doing the chore as instructed, get powdered alum and make a compress to help heal them. You can also use lansinoh which is what nursing mothers put on their nipples to condition them.
