greetings to all

this is so true when you have sleep apena which is cause by not breathing enough you snore and it is one nightmare i found out that is was losing brain cells and when i started to fall asleep at work or when i was just talking to someone i was lose i did not knwo what was wrong i would wake up and find i had sleep through so man y things. then i was test for a sleep disorder i found i was losing air and sleep at 25 times a night up to 3 minutes at a time every night then i got my machine which forces air to pick my airway open it took me sometime to get back my life i could not work anymore and then i for the first time taught myself how to paint portist which i never could do at all what a change in my life and some will not use the machine you always will lost many things you can have a heart attack or stortk so i would LOL leave a man for my machine lol yes it keep me alive and i am so much more alive and feel wonderful but oh iu still have probelms i must put my machine on when i feeling sleeply so yes brain cell and alot more die if you do not get enough sleep
