Good luck! Milking of the male submissive is sometimes done to remove the sexual excitement from BD/SM play he is submitting to. It also can be done to humiliate a male partner, or to obtain his seminal fluids for his dominant's enjoyment, whatever the dominant's gender.
However one milks the boy part, not the prostate.
Stimulation of the prostate while milking his lil' buddy can make a male erect faster and in some cases can make him ejaculate faster and more frequently. This may NOT be a pleasant experience for him. It is very possible to have ejaculation without orgasm in situations like this. Forced orgasms can be painful.
Of course if this is a turn on for both, it can also be possible for him to have orgasms (including multiples) without erection or ejaculation.
Likely the easiest way to provide prostate stimulation is by pressing a vibrator gently up into the prostate from his perineum.
With care and experience prostate massage can be done through anal penetration too. There are fancy tools designed for this.
I suggest you do NOT try stimulating the prostate through the urethra even if you have the medical tools to do this unless you have an RN with experience doing the task. Much damage can occur, and some may not be reversible.
