Someone here said many choices. And I agree.

My animal totem is the Coyote. (although I always felt that I was the Wolf, but Coyote fits me)
Dragon is the year I was born.. (a Jade Dragon in fact (air)
But if it was an animal that I would enjoy being..

An Owl. Revered as a wise symbol, it also is a hunter and it swoops to capture its kill. Its round size doesn't make it aerodynamic but it is not a bird other Bird hunters hunt often.
