ok two things Hitler didn't hate all people he hated jews. And somene else who said if it was voulentary as parol agreement slash requirement. REQUIRMENT isn't voulentary. If it was get casterated and or get passed up for parole.....
Also as sad as it is you don't need a penis to rape your child. He probably wuld of anyway even if he was minus a penis. it's a disease in the head not the dick, that causes people to be a pedo.
