I disagree...the guy who did the procedure had been working in the medical field for almost 25 years ('76-'99) and probably was better than anyone other than a surgeon.

Sorry but practicing medicine without a licence is illegal, not to mention dangerous. Its not the actual castration that is a problem in my opinion but the illegalness of practicing without licence. The article doesnt mention any of them being a surgeon, just a physicians assistant.

Heh...I knew a woman who had worked in a manufacturing plant down in Goleta who had assited in making fake boobies and fake balls. She would describe the process of creating the products and mentioned making balls for a race horse.

I think there is a difference between modifying the body of your slave and modifying the bodies of paying cusomers which is what I understand from the article they were doing, although that is not clearly stated. No one gets arrested for practicing Vet medicine when they castrate their own cattle or horse, but if they do it as a business it might be a crime. I also think the judge was out of line in his comments, but I doubt this verdict set any precedents. Living here in Mexico now I know that they wouldn't say a thing about castrating any one but would look at violations of our visa by running a business. Have fun and play safe Bill
