Im not sure if you are into foot worship, but maybe along with his dinner you could put your feet in his green tinted mashed potatoes and let him lick them off your feet. Better if he's polished them for you ahead of time.

Not sure if you are into watersports, but you could tell him, legend has it theres a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow, and you could make a tiny rainbow or little trail on the floor with Skittles candy leading to a golden pot or goblet, and than he has to drink your golden wine from it, and for being a good boy than he can tend to your nether regions. If you have humbler this would be wonderful too, Make him crawl for his reward.

These ideas are on the fly, so not sure how useful they are? I'll try to think of something a bit better.

When You say You'll have him walk around naked with shamrocks drawn over his body, does that include the Parade?

Some suggestions.

1. Beat him with a hurling stick
2. Have him bring You Black Velvet and oysters on his knees
3. Put a St Pat's hat on him and make him dance a naked jig
4. Beat out the "Irish Rover" on his backside ("& it's no -thwack, thwack-nay-thwack, thwack-never -thwack, thwack, thwack, thwack - no nay never no more!")
5. See if he can pee a perfect shamrock in the head of a glass of guinness. If he can, let him drink it. If he can't, make him drink it.

Apologies, you're quite right and Whiskey in the Jar is another good one.
i've noticed that a lot of irish songs have "whacks" in them. It's almost as if they were made for this purpose.
