alandra: unfortunately, no, there's nothing i can do to 'help' with the work. but as you said i do like to be physically close even with no real interaction. i sit under the desk with my head in His lap. but sometimes He says its just too distracting if you know what mean ...smile.... wildfleurs: yes, only 3 weeks left...yeah!!!!! i can definitely relate to the watching Him sleep thing. that happens alot. He often works to exhaustion. i have found things to keep me busy that are not taking me too far away from Him mentally. i'm planning a special day for us. next weekend He's going to not work for a whole 24 hours. i've also been writing a journal of sorts. someone from here also contacted me and we're setting up some 'service training'. chained: the glass idea is excellent! we have many rituals but they involve Him and His time. this would be something that makes me think of Him without His input. thanks!

You just need to focus your mind that what you are doing out away from Him is for Him . Find ways to make everything have a connection to him. Your yoga teaches you to be able to center your focus, and as such it helps when you and your Master are playing. You need to focus on the play or how to pleasure him so the yoga is something to help bring you and your Master closer together. OK other things -- the journal you write in about your feelings that lets your Master know about how you are feeling, so this is for his benefit. Take an art class such as drawing, you can learn to sketch. You sketch his face, sketch things he like lakes, trees, horses, cars, planes. These connect you to him again by drawing things He likes, you are pleasing Him. By creating beauty you will be pleasing Him. Always see and think how can this activity i am doing help my Master. I hope i have not confused you sometimes my mind -- brain-- and typing don''t all work tgether and my thoughts come out in just a jumble of words. patina
