Now your first lesson...since you are both new...you will always unless told otherwise by a Free...be in the Tower position. The Tower postion is on your knees..your arms at your side with the hand resting on the top of your thigh..palms down....back straight, head forward, You will never...ever look above the knee or boot of a Free....now...Tower position.....Ha'tar!
