I don’t have any plans for you but I do have ideas on how I would do such a thing.  I’m assuming you have a 4 poster bed with enough space to fit someone underneath it?   The simplest way: I’d start with:  4 strips of wood just long enough to fit from head post to foot post.  4 strips of wood long enough to fit from left post to right post.  These strips can be anything from cheap 2X4 or something fancier.  I’d than get a large number of bars such as cut dowels, ornate posts for handrails etc or metal pipe.  I’d drill holes every 8 inches along the strips of wood just big enough to fit the bars in.  Than assemble so that the height is just large enough to fit under the bed.  Basically, you’re making 4 ladders to go around your bed.  How you attach these to your bed is dependant on your bed.  It could be bound into place with rope, it could be screwed into place or whatever you so choose.  Of course one of these has to be removable so the person can get in.   The more complex way: I’d remove the bed and rework the entire underside of the bed, almost doing the above but with everything permanent, a door and a trusty lock to prevent unauthorized exit.  In this case I wouldn’t use plans, I’d just wing it.  Anyone with the skills and equipment needed to make a piece of furniture should be able to do this type of job.

Why not go to a steel workshop, and have a cage welded to your design? You simply measure the space between floor and bed, and specify how wide apart the bars should be, where you want hinges, locks etc. Should not be too expensive.... Good luck !
