You can try to engage me in discussion in any way you like, I have nothing to say to you. I do not care for your posts and I have no intention of discussing with you. Go on attacking me and my posts in any way you like, you demonstrate who you are every time you do. I will say your assertions that I am saying that any other use of the word is not right are incorrect and you are basically incorrect, so you have either not read my words or you are intentionally misrepresenting them just to be nasty (which is something that I am used to when I read you), but in either case in post 13 I stated this:

I believe there was such a discussion over the word "entitlement" on the gen discussion forum long ago... we were all thinking different things when we use that word... none of us was technically wrong, but words do have multiple meanings that are really obvious when one looks at the context they are used in.

Now go on following me around attacking me all day and all night... I will go back to ignoring you and skipping your posts like I normally do because frankly I do not get much out of them.

Cool your jets, julia.  You come across as thin skinned and a little paranoid.

The "Block" feature is your friend.

Use it.

More nastiness...so predictable

paranoid.

I suspect you lack the qualifications, objectivity, or research to make a psychiatric evaluation of anybody, FirmKY,
although your uneducated and ignorant opinion is duly noted.

All kinds of neat retorts come to mind.

However, I think anything more would be hijacking Ven's thread, and I've no wish to do so.

Andrew Jackson was correct when he said that allowing corporations to exist would create a soulless, self-absorbed, ruthless organism that existed for nothing but it's own survival.  Now we have a situation where these same corporations control whoever holds power.

Boy is this the truth, I believe Thomas Jefferson also alluded to the fear of cooperatives too.

Deleted after further research.

On a related note, Andrew Jackson was the first president ever impeached by Congress.

A coincidence?

Ummm... I don't think so.

On either count.

He deleted it several minutes before you posted your response... interesting.

lol... You really do have quite a persecution complex in the works there, Julia.

juliaoceania -> RE: How do you define "partisan"? (3/19/2007 7:18:58 PM)

Hmmmm, by noting time stamps on posts I have now claimed that you are persecuting me? How very odd that you think this! Could that be a little pot kettle black, or maybe a guilty conscience?

I think it's probably just you overreacting.

I'll go through the list of new posts since my last visit and crtl-click on the ones I have an interest in reading to open the thread into a new browser tab and when there are 400-500 new posts, it can take a while to wortk through them all before I'm through reading and begin posting any replies.  Because of this, there have been many times when people have edited or removed their posts between the time I read their original post and posted my reply.

But I do not think anyone is persecuting me stef, I was just noting the time stamps.

I know, I was just explaining why someone might have appeared to reply to a post that was already "deleted."
