Of course, if we are the last 4 people on the planet........we would all I assume be living togther or close to one another in a 60's commune sort of way. Hmmm...I guess you could share your time with them equally. First...get the junkie clean. There won't be any more heroine unless she knows how to make it so should be fairly easy. Spend time with the drunk until he starts looking like he has had enough. Then run home to the TS and open up a can of pears. Not a bad gig for the right person.

The question is whether i have enough post-apocalyptic (no electricity? AAAACK!) survival skills to barter for food, or if i'd have to kill and eat all three of them.

Let's look at this logically...
Logically, I would choose as company alone the TS woman. Just for the sanity in talk and conversation, however, one of our conversations would have to go to the survival of the human species which would mean the sobering up of the heroin addicted woman and the emasculation and sobering of the violent and alcoholic man.

Even with the genetic code of the three viable humans, if the heroin addicted woman has damaged herself genetically or does not produce a female offspring there is no hope for the human race as far as we know without finding other survivors. Yet, even if she does produce a female child, she will have to from each male, and then we are talking other problems in the continuation of the species. Inbreeding would result in mutations and eventual extinction.
Again, the only option would be to search for other survivors, or face the fact that when the four of us are dead that the end of the human race has come.

Personally, I would not willingly face that. After talking to the TS woman and getting everyone ready, I would find a way to begin a trek to search for other survivors for just because we think we are the only ones does not mean we are the only ones and I would try to find others in hopes that the human race does not truly face extinction. I would rather die trying to perpetuate the race than sitting and waiting for death to overtake me.

No contest...food. Preferably with the TS. I go a lil crazy(er) if I spend a lot of time all alone for long periods. Tho I don't suppose there would be anyone around to object! lol

If I was diabetic, I might temporarily go with the heroin addict, but just for the needles (STERILIZE 'EM!!!)

I refuse to answer on principle.

You seem to have lumped TS women in with 2 undesirable groups and I can't say that makes this a fair poll. (in other words, stop implying you are an undesirable already)

Besides, the poll is very generic and we could end up with any ol' TS woman and who knows how they will be or whether there is any compatibility.

Who's to say the TS woman couldn't be an alcoholic HIV+ heroin addict - that would make only one entry to the poll and therefore the poll would be invalid.

Much too confusing and I'm going to need some clarification in order to make an informed decision.

You've really gone some way into why the question was asked (along with Silver Shadows on page 1). Answers werent really required - it was more a case of illustrating in what regard TS people seem to be held, on a level with the two undesirables listed, basically.

As I've said before - most peoples' exposure to a TS comes from watching Jerry Springer and anyone that goes on Jerry Springer has a deep desire to do or say anything to be on Television.

You'll get answers when you add a few more specifics to your questions as I previously stated.

i know this is all just an imaginary scenario but i must say i was a bit surprised at some of the responses to the HIV positive heroin addict "character." Some of the descriptions of her were "undesirable," "unacceptable," and even "vile." One poster mentioned something about not getting "too close" to her. i guess i could assume they were meaning only because of her addiction but, since that certainly is not contagious, i ruled that out. Her HIV positive condition is, however, not contagious either unless one was planning to have unprotected sex with her or receive a blood transfusion from her. i certainly hope people don't think HIV positive individuals are "undesirable," "unacceptable," and/or "vile" simply because of that condition. And, even such an addiction as heroin, while certainly "undesirable," doesn't make the INDIVIDUAL an undesirable or vile person in my opinion. slave luci, just a little surprised at some of the reactions...........

I have always wondered why talk always goes to "preservation of the human race". Why would anyone try to preserve it? It is not that I think humans are inherently bad, or anything, it is just that I can't see a duty to procreate to keep it going. If the human race dies out, well, it just adds us to the list of other species that just didn't make the grade for survival. I'd want to see the remaining survivors as comfortable and happy as possible for the remainder of their life spans, but I think it would be a bad thing to bring children into such a bleak and dangerous existence, to merely serve as breeding material for the next generation.

Is there any food on the planet? And is there any booze? If so I'll just live alone.

If there is food but no booze then I'll take the alcoholic cause they are shit out of luck and at least I'd get some sex (I'm bisexual but I prefer men).

If there is no food and booze then I'll take the TS because I need food.

If there is no food and no booze then I'll take the TS because I need food.

As you can see... its all about the food.
