Status: offline 		OK tough to answer that 1-10 scale thing I've had then pulled singly that way but not as a zipper, taking ques from people I've seen do them they seem to be in the 8-9 zone on folks who play fairly heavy, I'd put it on the range of singletails or light cuttings but not as bad as branding or larger cuttings.
Branding is my 10 factor for pain
Full English cane strokes,singletails, light cuttings,  being 8-9
floggings heavy and punching/ kicking being a 6-7
Flogging normal for me being 5-6
Flogging as I see most folks do 4-5
clothspin zippers falling in the 6-7 zone


But there are different types of pain as well and other people's perception of the types of pain vary.
But hope that gives you an idea.

Status: offline 		One thing that i once read about but have never had the fortune...or misfortune...to experience is to use a fairly long line to tie the pins together to make the zipper, and place the pins at random distances apart.  Use several feet of line on the "free" end and tie the free end to an electric BBQ rotisserie with some slack in the line.  If blindfolded the sub won't know when the first pin will come off, and the random distances between pins means they won't know when the "next" one will come off.  The free end of the line will have to be at least a little bit longer than the total length from first pin to last, and the rotisserie has to be farther from the sub than the first pin to last pin distance. (Hope this didn't get confusing!)

Status: offline 		rare eath magnets are very strong, a 1/8 inch thick one 3/8 in diameter can attract and hold a similar one all the way through your hand.  People use tiny ones for temporary earings/fake nose peircings, etc.

So, instead of almost free clothespins, I could reinvent the wheel with no improvement  other than cosmeticly for nearly 100 times the price but they would be OH so cool.

You know, I am no wimp......I have had nipple and genital piercings done and not flinched or batted an eye, even found it enjoyable, but the idea of clothespins being yanked off my skin just makes me CRINGE!!!! You are evil, evil people! **pulls the covers over my head**

At most major discount department stores in the camping/sporting goods section displays a favorite of mine. I enjoy professional snake bite kits..........Now what could anyone do with two small heavy-duty and well-placed suction cups?

Status: offline 		Other types of pin-like things... (when you have to work with what's around the house, things get slightly interesting)...

bobby pins - attatched at the tip or the base of the nipple (or anywhere, really)
mini claw clips, the really small kind
paper clips - twist it a bit and tada!
binder clips - I've never dared to try, but imagine it'd be horrifyingly (to some pleasurably) painful

Just some extra ideas, though probably not unheard of, from me.

Status: offline 		I was witness to a 1,000 clothespin zipper once. At least I think it was 1,000. It actually may have been more. There were ten "victims" with I guess 100 or more clothespins on each of them. All in zippers that were all attached to a single rope, and pulled off in one grand YANK! Oh, the screams that filled the night air when that scene reached its climax. It was a beautiful sight, and more beautiful sound. I'll never forget it.

This took place at Leather Retreat about 5 years ago, I think. I'm pretty sure they did it again the next year with even more clothespins, but I wasn't there to see it, so I can't say for sure.

Status: offline 		i want a wheel....F/friends keep telling me no and it's not safe but i want a really big wheel.  i want it to be a huge dart board...a dart board that spins, yeah, that's it....  When one is strapped to the dart board of course You must paint in the lines on their newly attached body parts to complete the dart board.  i used to have a surf shop and we sold blow guns....those would work.  Blow guns with porcupine needles or little syringes that shoot out.  We would of course keep score.  i think the complaints have been determining the safe depths of the needles being shot in...wooses!

OK, on a more reality wave Daddy likes the bamboo skewers and making me part of His string art masterpieces on the walls.  We have also discovered You can carve things into a wax covered body in just a way that the carvings stay a while....

Paddles in New York used to have a giant wheel. I don't think anyone used it for a dartboard, but yeah, it spun completely around. 360 degrees. It was mounted on the wall, and you had to be strapped in by the staff to use it. My girl wanted to try it out, so we got her fastened securely and I worked out my suede flogger while she took a spin. It was huge fun! :)

On the other side, I remember one of those bad drive-in movies from the sixties that delighted in showcasing sadistic perversions and the like. There was a scene where a naked woman was bound with her ass in the air. The "Target" logo was painted on her ass and then she was used a dartboard. Maybe the department store people saw this movie and liked the design. Hehehe If I could remember the name of the movie, I'd buy a copy for my collection. It would be great if someone has released it on DVD, though I think it's somewhat unlikely.
