Wow, Got that in print ? It sounds like it was generated by Readplease2000. The author obviously has never tried to cash a check without an account, even at the bank of issue. Even to get FRNs !. I remember the good old days, Dad and I walked into the bank of issue with a check for about $6,000, a cashier's check. He had proper ID and they tried to give him a bunch of shit about it. And this, like I said was just to get the FRNs !. We considered going back with guns but nixed the idea, what happened was he called the account holder who had written the check and they in turn called the bank. When it was explained to them (this was MY Uncle) that they were about to lose ALOT more than $6,000 if his checks were no F_______ good, they cashed it. After hearing this guy, and other things over the years, I wish we would've insisted on lawful money. What I am saying is that the plan will not work, they will simply refuse, what are you going to do ? Go in there with a gun ? Try it. What is actually going to right the system is for it to fall on it's ass. It can't keep up forever, in fact I don't think we have a decade to go before the entire economy collapses. I thought at the beginning this was just about becoming a non-taxpayer, but this guy has bigger plans than that. Actually the IRS is alot easier to beat than by going through all the malarkey, but they are closing those gaps slow but sure. They are starting to disallow evidence of the fraud, and even certain questions to the court as well as witnesses. In a recent case the defendents actually walked out of the courtroom and did not get arrested. It might be a good thing to have that audio file, since so many hate to read, but someone should read it. I am still looking for a Bow-vee-errs. So, yes this guy has a well researched plan, but the fact of the matter is that they will simply refuse to redeem. That might be the new silver bullet for tax protesters or non-taxpayers, but I don't think the national debt will be laid to rest. This actually brings up another point, the difference between the fiat currency and lawful money. Even a gold note or silver certificate is not really lawful money, but states that it can be redeemed for lawful money. Coins are lawful money, yet are traded on par face value with FRNs. That complicates things. Now note that today's currency says "This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private". So, if this guy can get it going even, if he can force the issue and force the fed to redeem, all they have to do is give you change ! That would satisfy the law and they could just pay everyone in pennies. Since these are traded on par face value with FRNs you gain nothing. What's more giving you silver certificates or gold notes is not redeeming. They would have to give you the gold or silver. They would have to weigh you out micrograms and crap like that. They are also under no obligation to supply a container. So you put your gold dust in your pocket and by the time you get home ........ They will find a way to not let the plan happen. They want to be the ones who finally wreck it, that way they make the most money. They will not allow the People to accelerate the process. Another thing I found interesting, something I already knew but did not consider in this light, is the absence of higher denomination coins. Thinking about it now, that is by design. Anyway, the guy makes an interesting case, but I just don't think the plan will work. They'll find a way to stop it. However the piece is probably good for the non-taxpayers, for when the about three defenses that now work are shut down, and IIRC one court has recently shut down one of them. Anyway, heard of Wilhelm E. Schmitt ? Here's an older guy spreading the word, mainly about the taxes. One day there were several federal agents around him and he went to prison for assaulting them. He must have one hell of a book or something to be a threat to a bunch of armed agents. He eventually disappeared. He used to have a website. He was a learned Man and in prison he taught in the prison schools, but he must've said the wrong thing because they took that job away. He refused to even pick up a broom then, and spent the last few years of his sentence in solitary. This guy was as dangerous as Ernst Zundel. Ernst at least didn't fuck with their money. T
