Status: offline 		Hi i am a new submissive that is wanting to train myself so when i do get a Master and he is into anal play i will be ready for him does anyone have any ideas? I know plugs are a god idea and was wondering if anyone had any cheap sites as too where i maybe able to find some for a cheap price?

You just have to do searches tho. and do not buy those numbing creams or anything because Pain is your bodies way of saying something is wrong you're doing damage. If you numb those muscles area's you won't feel it. Also use lots an lots of lube, then fingers then toys. Don't dive in unstreached

Status: offline 		New user her, butt this question is right up my alley. What I would recommend are simply some small toys which you will learn to enjoy playing with. A smaller buttplug to start with, working up to a larger plug, and a smaller dildo, eventually working up to a medium size dildo. Masterbate while you are using the plug or dildo so that you associate orgasm with anal penetration. Another thing you can do is get a drugstore enema bag and practise giving yourself enemas. Your Master might want you to take one before your first anal and it will help with penetration. I don't require and enema and find that anal without an emea first is not particularly messy if you are careful.

I will say that you really don't have to prepare much for a Master and your first anal. I have taken a anal virgin's prune in one night with no real pre-planning. I start with a spanking and paddling, then a really long rimming (this seems to help a lot), and then slowly work her asshole with my fingers. I use a lot of lube, normally KY but the liquid lubes seem to work pretty well too. Once I have the third finger in her, she is ready for my cock (and mine is reasonably large--7.5" and thick on a good night). I lube her again and lube my cock well and slowly push the cockhead into her. This part can be painful, for a moment, and then once the pain passes I slowly move the length of my cock into her. Status: offline 		something slightly off topic...be sure to use an enema before any any play. this helps to clean out the bowels as well as relax the muscles. there are many links on enema usage in the Health & Safety forums you should read if you are interested in using them. my fiance and i swear by using them before ANY anal play. also, as mentioned in the first reply... www.extremerestraints.com also has some great products including anal stretching butt plug kits. when using a butt plug for a prolonged length of time (more than and hour), be sure to use a butt plug that has a small hole in the tip that will allow for the body's natural gases to escape without causing damage. extreme restraint's anal plug kit has these plugs with holes in them. good luck.

Status: offline 		When you first start out, try slowly massaging the anal opening with a finger. Use lots of lube. The reason I say massaging is because that stimulates the anal muscle and it will usually dialate. You also might do a net search on google.com to find other ways of dialating.

Other than that, just lube, lube, lube, and taking it very slow at first.

Status: offline 		I have been trying to make penetration take less time myself by using butt plugs, however, when I leave one in for about a half hour or more I start to experience a lot of pain. Am I doing something wrong?

Stay away from the imports as they tend drop the universal joint somewhere in the large intestines. Lube? plenty of SAE90 !

Status: offline 		Stay away from 'jelly' plugs as they can cause burning after they begin to age.  As everyone has said... lube lube lube and more lube.  Good ole AstroGlide is my favorite.  A full enema isn't necessary.  i'm not medically trained so pardon my bluntness but there is a pocket where poo waits to be eliminated and that can be easily cleared with an anal syringe which is more like a douche than a gut-cramping enema.  Unless that's your thing.  Another thing i've noticed is that lube kinda acts like poo teflon and using plenty should not make the experience 'messy'.  Have fun!

Status: offline 		One thing that I recommend is to use a lube that does NOT have propylene glycol in it.  My last sub was sensitive to it and it caused her some burning and rash.  You should try to avoid it.  Also make sure that whatever lube you use is compatible with your toys.

Seeing as Tristian Taoramino has produced like 6 anal videos, and she does workshops, I think she'd be a very reliable source for your information.
