Sybians are highly okay. However, they're so loud that concentrating on fantasy or a partner's encouragement is damn near impossible for me. Also, the amount and type of clitoral stimulation I seem to need just wasn't getting provided by the machine.

LOL...not sure about BBQ brushes but I love the wire pet brushes. Cocktail sticks..well that depends on how they are being used. Chopsticks make evil little toys too...great for presure points, one of Sirs favorites...they also make evil mini canes especially on tender areas such as the inner thigh and breasts.
