Permanent markers can be hot depending on what you're being marked with.  Last fall when I had a spaz attack at him and he wrote DRAMA QUEEN across my breasts and kept it there nice and refreshed for days...well that wasn't so fun.

I've been thinking about this.  There isn't really anything that I have wanted to do that I've not tried.  This isn't bravado, it is just the way I'm wired (I'm not real good at fantasy without creating the reality - which is not always a good thing.)

So I guess what I put on my "to do" list is "Learn More".  And get better at (and repeat) the things I have learned I like.

A few random thoughts:  On marking someone with permanent marker:  I never really thought much of the idea of writing on my submissive, until I saw Peter Greenaway's incredible and haunting movie "The Pillow Book".  Now I think about it all the time *GRIN*

And as for the Sybian and noise, Mustardseed you got it exactly right.  I only have experience with the "first generation" of those machines, but my girl at the time said it was so loud, it was like trying to fuck inside a first-generation MRI.  *grin*
