i am lucky in that my collar is not a conditional collar, it is a committment for life.  Master has disciplined me for a mistake that was unintentional but a mistake nonetheless.  i offered an apology and then took steps to make sure i do not repeat the mistake.  Since i am not a masochist, i wouldn't crave pain or punishment anyway but i see begging for forgiveness as a form of manipulation and i agree with the others that i apologize and accept the corrective action Master sees warranted.

E)  I'd withdraw from them for a time and let them think about what they did.  And when they actually could TELL me why what they did was unacceptable.  (Sometimes the greatest punishment is having them think)
