I went out for a meal tonight with an old friend i haven't seen in a few months. As you do we were reminiscing about things we'd done, places we'd been, people we'd slept with that we regretted, shouldnt have etc.
She had been dating, well had seen and slept with a couple of times a really weird bloke who had ended up being on the front page of our local paper because he was unlucky in love and was searching for his soul mate. She was laughing about him being weird and that they had stopped on my living room floor one night and he had got really bad carpet burns. I commented why was she on the floor when i could have taken the couch if she had brought a bloke back and i hadnt? That was our usual arrangement.
What she said through me for a six. Apparently i had brought his mate back and slept with him so that was why i had the bed, it being my bed and all!! Whats the problem? Well i dont remember this bloke at all, i dont remember who he was, bringing him back, sleeping with him. In fact i dont remember him at all.
Now i'm wondering what that means. How many men have i completely forgotten and how bad is not recalling him at all? Have i just got a bad memory or have i slept with way too many men to remember?
