deadbluebird -> handmade jewelry (3/23/2007 1:30:41 AM)

ok.. i have been making  and selling jewelry for over ten years. things have been rough for my family, as many others lately, financially. i have been seeking but unable to find work. so, out of boredom and having a slight hope that perhaps i could sell a couple pieces i have made a jewelry myspace page.
myspace.com/deadbluebirdjewelry
sometimes i feel my jewelry making is silly so if you truly like something even if you don't want to buy it please feel free to send me a message to let me know. its always nice to hear encouraging words.
thanks!

Your work is very beautiful. I didn't see a direct correlation to D/s or BDSM, so... Have you considered getting some of it posted on sites that cater to renaissance/medieval costuming? As long as you use unfaceted beads and natural fiber for stringing, these items could be marketed as period pieces.

Casie -> RE: handmade jewelry (4/16/2007 9:01:42 PM)

They are beautiful, just a suggestion but I use to make and sell simular jewlery at festiviles, expessially hippie festiviles.I sold alot at hippie festiviles

myobedience -> RE: handmade jewelry (5/3/2007 3:11:07 PM)

My sister sells local peoples beaded jewlery in her salon.  We dont consider this renaissance/medieval costuming or hippie jewlery.
It is a fashion statement in the Midwest and Bijoux sells the same type of beautiufl stuff but all the beads are handmade.  Bijoux is a line from Paris.

If you would like to try selling to rennies you might go to renspace.com and get a place.  Have you tried ebay?  Even native american classifications. [:)]

Just a warning, and not to be a party pooper, but to use your myspace page for any commercial purpose is a direct TOS violation.  Thought you'd want to know.  (sorry).

MisPandora -> RE: handmade jewelry (8/25/2007 6:59:03 AM)

OK, so commercial artists/bands who use MySpace are doing what?

They are using a special section of myspace called myspace music which has a different TOS and an Artist signup.  That's why you cannot upload your own music for your myspace page and have to add a song from another artist's page.

Regardless, i have read the TOS.  If you don't believe me, feel free to do it yourself.

You see, my princess, I even came over here to visit you....and whoever said, "not just anyone" is right...absolutely right....and it's your lucky day, because I'm not (just anyone)
