I am sure in the budget there are things that I approve of and things that I don't. That aside - Why is it appear that they pick on smokers all the time? It said that they are wanting to raise taxes $0.61 a pack. Why not gasoline, to help cut down on greenhouse emissions? Why not alcohol, to help cut down on liver diseases and drunk drivers? Why not perscriptions to help out with the cost of research?

There are so many things that could be done. I am not denying that what the money is to be targeted to is important. But why always smokers?
