I absolutely read a profile before i message someone back. And hardly ever respond to a message from a person that doesn't have a completed profile.

I get offers like that too. I always ask what exactly in my profile did they see that would make them believe we would work well together. Chances are they havent even looked at mine, since I pretty clearly state in more than one place that Im not looking for anything in particular. DV
