"Masturbating with a tube of sandpaper", i think, will not work very well from a technical standpoint. Better to have the penis either erect or pulled tight, then rub the skin with the abrasive... sandpaper is an option (go to an auto parts store and get the "wet sanding" paper, usually black in color- it's more flexible and won't shed abrasive particles as quickly as woodworking sandpaper). Other household items can work equally well... things like stiff hairbrushes, scouring pads (aka "scrubby sponges"), and even fast, repeated scraping with the fingernails.

You're scaring me, and I am not even the person who this is being done to, petdave. I am probably gonna be one of those "softie" Mistresses. Except I do already know I can be "firm" (I really do). But - how do you know if this sandpaper stuff won't really, like, damage someone for life? If somebody really started crying, for instance, when I was doing this, I think I would just come unglued. Well, just to clarify, i (at least, can't guess at OP) am not talking about grinding away until you're left with a gooey red mass... i think that there are very few people that are going to enjoy extensive penile scarring in the long term! Abrasion play, like anything else, can be done at different levels of intensity. If you just get the area nice and reddened, i think it's very unlikely that you'll be doing any damage that the body isn't designed to heal, and it can make intercourse very interesting for the sub. When you start seeing trickles of blood, you're getting a bit riskier, but i've done it and suffered no lasting effects. When you get down to the "pulp", you're on your own! ...dave

Oh my. I must be a real nut-job. I HAVE masturbated with sand-paper, and enjoyed it. I did use the 'wet' sand-paper, and kept it wet, I was in the shower. I also did NOT use intense pressure. Light pressure. It was very interesting...and NO blood was shed. As for the OP, my suggestion, instead of using a tube where it is difficult to see the results, have her use a small piece in the palm of her hand while you are in a bath tub...be sure to use the wet sandpaper as it won't gouge you to a bloody pulp. There were some folks in England that engaged in this kind of play a while ago, as well as scrotal surgery and so forth. They did okay, but a lot of this play was apparently done with a doctor present who shared their interests. I'd suggest talking to a licenced physician about this. One that won't think you're a danger to yourself and commit you. They'll be able to tell you how to do it as safely as possible, how to treat it afterwards, and how to deal with injuries. They can also prescribe something more suitable than alcohol and iodine to disinfect the area afterwards. If you're looking for pain play, the "wet sandpaper" approach would seem sensible. Or coat a glove with a lubricant that you have put capsaicin into. Either way, she'll get what she's looking for, and you'll get to keep all your appendages. On the other hand, if you're looking for body modification torture, people have been known to go as far as outright castration (penectomy and orchidectomy), so it's not as far out there as some posters have indicated. Definitely an advanced exercise, though, that requires thinking carefully about the consequences. An untreated infection, for instance, could get you unintentionally and intimately familiar with reconstructive surgery and hormone replacement therapy. Alcohol and iodine does not sound very encouraging in this regard.

OK, I'm about as extreme as some go (-crush that is) when it comes to CBT, but the important thing to remember about CBT is without a cock or balls, there is nothing to play with anymore. True, that's the goal of some, but I think most want to keep those toys around. You can't abuse what you lose.......

Crush, Might also want to remember that without those parts, there will be some serious hormonal issues to deal with, depending on whether you actually like the idea of the changes that will occur. Personally, I'd consider not using hormone replacement therapy after scrotal removal to be fairly equivalent to using prescription drugs to affect their mind.
