Do you get a steady influx of email from ridiculous, psychotic people daily? I'm sort of a weirdo-magnet in RL, maybe it's transfering through cyberspace.

When completely offbalance people email you, ignoring your profile entirely, does it piss you off or make you laugh? It generally makes me giggle like a school girl, especially considering some of the weird e-mails I get.

HAHA...I just laugh, shake my head, and delete. Not worth my time or energy to get mad.

My favorite: I am a good slave from Indonesia and I will move to your home and serve you and if that's not good enough, you can just send me money.

I am a weirdo magnet wherever I go. Maybe it's my ability to quote all three original Star Wars movies from memory or perhaps it's because I separate my food before eating and eat it clockwise from 11 o'clock, I don't know [:D]
I generally laugh and move on, although sometimes I will try to start a conversation, you really never know what may come out of it. Unless they are totally rude, then I just delete and move on, nothing gained nothing lost.

I had one partner buy me a set of plates with compartments because I refuse to eat food that has touched another food (I won't even eat gravy on potatoes) and it just made life easier to keep the food seperate to begin with.
Ahhh, just one of the things that makes me a little different (or, as my current partner says, a total pain in the ass at times [:D] )

Almost all of the emails i get just say 'hi'. No idea why, but there you go.

I took a look at your profile and two things leapt out at me (please don't take offence!!!!)

1) Close-up face shot looking a little like a blow-up doll ~ or ready for oral at least (sorry!).
2) The word Virgin.

Now i don't read a lot of profiles here, not being on the lookout for a partner or anything, so i've no idea if this is the norm... but I'd say that particular combination would result in quite a few dodgy emails...

I get my share of odd mail but it doesn't anger me. It makes me smile as I shake my head and click delete. I don't have it in me to become enraged over mail from strangers in cyber. I admit that two forms of mail make me chuckle and have generated a response from me.

1) I'd received mail gushing about how much we have 'in common and how we should talk'. One even went as far as to say 'It's scary how much we have in common'. Meanwhile, the only thing my profile contained was 'Profile Pending Approval'. In these cases I'd copy 'n paste the words and e-mail them back to the person. Oddly, they never respond after that!

2) Now that my profile has been approved I receive at least one e-mail a day telling me that I have no business being here until I know what I want and/or am seeking a Dominant. This mail comes from all walks, so it's not just a matter of an irritated Dom. This always makes me laugh as they don't realize how ridiculous they sound.

Yes, you are so correct. Far better I isolate myself from the lifestyle and never speak to anyone or linger among those who share the world so I can learn, exchange ideas, etc. Perhaps I should never attend any events, munches, etc. either as I'm not available? While I'm at it? I suppose I shouldn't wear lipstick when I leave my house in case it might make me look attractive and a man may approach me? Better yet, why not just put a bag over my head?

Note, the above is dripping with sarcasm. Overall, I take it in stride. I'm fully aware of what I'll encounter on sites such as this, and I brace myself for the array of nonsense I know will hit my mailbox.

I AM a weirdo...so that kinda changes the situation for me.

Respond to the ones that seem interesting to you, disregard the ones that are not.

To be honest I thought it would have more of a "wtf?" thing. And people would be repelled by the whole virginal thing. I misjudged. haha
