“The Empty Road??” Part 11
I decided that from this point on I would not allow anybody to run my life!
I just wanted my life back, if that was possible?
Memories from my past were very sketchy; and I had trouble focusing on the task at hand.
I knew that I should just forget the past and concentrate on the future, but it was hard. At times when I was concentrating, I would see an image run across my mind.
I’m now leaving the room I’m in, and heading to the Vampities Lair. I will end this battle once and for all!
I head to the Mountains and check on the Vampitie bodies that I had left there, and much to my surprise they have only decayed!
There smell was beyond anything you could imagine. Kind of like that of a bag of rotten eggs.
I can’t understand it though I thought I knew everything there was to know about them?
Just then I hear a familiar scream off into the distance. My instinct is to run towards it, but I am focused on killing Scarlett Ravena.
I enter the cave and blend into the walls.
My mind is beginning to think that those Vampitie bodies I found where altered somehow? But then how did they evolve anyways?
I slowly make my way down to the bottom of the cave carefully looking on all sides of me. I hear what appears to be Human voices’ coming from the bottom of the cave?
My head begins to twitch back and forth!
My nose is being filled with an awful smell,
And I begin fall to my knees.
Images of my past now becoming clearer, I scream. “No!”
The voices I’ve been hearing stop but then start up again.
“This new chemical is working perfectly, the
Vampitie bodies are accepting it better then can be imagined.”
The second voice speaks. “Yes they are! Just imagine what it would be like if we gave it to a Human?”
The first voice turns to the second and raps his arm around his neck.
“What are you doing Professor Kline?”
Grinning very loudly he says.
“Don’t worry Dr. Fennimore. This will be very painless; I’m not going to feel anything. {hee hee}
Just feel the chemical flow thru your body.”
I slowly enter the room, and then make my presence known.
“Mr. Donavon welcome to the party, we’ve been expecting you!
I was just going to give Dr. Fennimore a lesson in pain.
I’ll feel nothing but his body will! He will be raging inside and out!”
I come out from the wall and by the expression on my face you
can tell I am not a happy camper!
“My name is Stingray Vegence. You might want
to remember that name?
So you have been the one messing around with the Vampitie bodies I see?”
“After we found out that you could destroy
their bodies by ripping out their hearts, we knew we had to do something?
I must tell You Mz. Red really has fallen for you. If She would have done only what was told of Her, You would not be here right now. Well in a minute You won’t even matter.”
Looking around the room, but watching the Professor, I say.
“ So before I kill you and destroy this make shift laboratory, and cave tell me something?
What does Scarlett Ravena have in common with Mz. Red?”
“Well first of all your missing the Key ingredient. The 2 people that have the power to become one, are none other then?”
