I'm guessing this topic might have been addressed, so please excuse a newbie. We recently got an adjustable spreader bar and so far the reality hasn't lived up to our imaginations. It really doens't provide as much tension as just restraints. Are we missing something or is that all we can expect?

Thanks

The spreader bar that my Dom uses is all metal and the cuffs can be securely strapped to my ankles so when i do move it will put tension on me legs, and if i don't move there isn't any tension. Hope this helps a little

CandleInTheWind -> RE: Spreader Bars (4/8/2007 1:02:33 AM)

the best spreader bar i have ever been hooked to was a set of cuffs that were just the right size for my calves and the bar was placed right there i was unable to close my legs hmmmmm...and trust me Daddy diddnt like ly legs to be in the way...and i was a gymnast in my day so well although i have a 26 inch inseam  i think the bar was about 36 inches long....further than spread eagle.............it also had a gizmo in the center that could be used to put my legs up in the air or downward depending on daddy's preference it worked kind of like a pair of stirrups at times....Daddy was funny that way....and well im just portable or so im told.  it was made of some kid of iron so basically i could have been hoisted upside down crotch open for the playing if that was his idea for the day...but mostly it was to half way hang me around...still was one interesting apparatus

I can make them to any length you want

Congrats Michael on the new site. It is very cool.

Thanks Troll.

If you want to spread the word, the official site name will be without the .citymax

Sweet! I will link you around a bit if you like. I will even blurb you on my site.

Carrianna -> RE: Spreader Bars (4/8/2007 4:15:31 PM)

Mine is cast iron, and is attached to the cuffs...  So no movement at all...

All I do is turn it upsidedown for wrists, then back for ankles, brilliant toy...  I personaly love it.

We own many sets of spreader bars, lots of shapes and sizes ... and oddly enough I don't think we have ever used them.  I only used them twice in the past ... but I found that I could have more fun with other things.

Troll,

Make sure you link it as www.torturewood.com as that will be the actual address.
