hello A/all, have just made up a profile after having heard of this place from a good friend of mine on another chatting platform, thought i would put a msg up on the board to say hi! :) so heck where can i begin?.. lets see i'm going to be 23 in a few weeks *hurrah!*, i work in a car garage as a trainee mechanic.. i mainly fit tyres and exhausts but do other jobs .. i am however awaiting my course placement so i can start training *crosses fingers*. my day is pretty easy to understand, 6am wake up - work - 6pm home - dinner - chat online - bed and repeat .. 6 days a week ergh! :( but its good money for a guy on trainee work :) i'm also on a diet aswell, i know its quite a possibly boring thing to talk about but i'm hyped about it .. have only eaten two small mugs of special K and an apple today, plus i forced myself to walk 5 miles (most of which done in work collecting and dropping off cars for MOT's) but heck i did it :) and i feel good aswell which is the strange thing.. if anyone has any suggestions regarding food choices or excercise combinations that worked for them please do share :) ok well now i know i'm rambling so i'll be quiet now :) .. thanks for reading my msg and well .. its great to be here ;) pup (matt)
