Status: offline 		i'm always curious to hear what tv shows people watch, because i was an outside spectator for so long - i didn't watch tv for about 6 or 7 years (of my own choice, surrounded by a bunch of tv watchers).

since christmas, i've started watching it again, since He got me a small tv for my bedroom (i have 3 roommates, and our bedrooms all have cable). i got addicted to rome, but sadly, that's been cut off. the other  show i never miss is intervention...my sister recommended it to me and i love watching it, although every episode is a bittersweet experience for me. i also occasionally watch russell simmons' def poetry jam, which is just awesome. :) i'm a history channel addict, but only for ancient history...i sometimes catch those late-night sex industry shows on hbo, too (we have like 10 espn channels and 4 hbo channels, but we're missing most of the regular cable channels). i like grey's anatomy, but i buy it on dvd and watch that instead.

before i stopped watching tv, i was addicted to la femme nikita and jag (that was before the sixth season of jag, where everything got all effed up, and lfn was cancelled).

what do you watch? what shows can you not miss?

It's called Big Love and it's about a poly family... so hilarious... so... alt-person/people minded.

the one thing i hate most about our cable package is that we don't have the food network. that's my all time favorite channel.

at least you have cable, right now due to circumstance not my own doing i am living with my son in the land of the lost, and he does not belive in cable tv he watches alot of movies and videos, so be an insomantic and not have any tv

we don't get fx, either. it's really odd. they only lease to college students, though, so maybe they just think we like to watch football all the time or something :P the apartment company's switching to the normal local provider next year, though, so hopefully we'll get less espn and more food network. (literally, channels 21-30 are all sports right now.)

Status: offline 		Thursday night is the only night that I do NOT miss. I watch "Ugly Betty" and "Grey's Anatomy". I mostly watch "Ugly Betty" because it's on before Grey's. My real favorite is Grey's.  Oh and I will admit to watching "I Love New York" too, though I'm almost embarrassed to do so.

Jericho
House
Anything on the food network
Family Guy
Scrubs
I also love the History Channel, and the Discovery Channel.

i went 9 years w no tv- as i refused to pay cable. then satliite came out.   we dumbazz public except and PAY for overly commercialized programing. all that clutters your mind!

freespeech tv; link tv, frontline has decent programing.

in grade school- teachers told us "silense is golden"-  late evening when im winding down i have nothing on.

lately i tune into SIRIUS satilite radio. 22. iiit is 80s type music commercial free. local radio is so bad- i listen to cassettes always.
