As a health care person who sees ums and as a person who wants to preserve nerve endings in such a vital place, I would never circumcize my own um (fewer and fewer people are). I fleetingly read an article that talked about how it primed pain receptors in individuals who had had this procedure done. With sexual partners, I am used to seeing a circumcized cock.
