The problem is that Democrats are not as ruthless and immoral as Republicans and actually care about the fate of the country.

There is a thread here were a Republican STILL whines about Clinton going after Bin Laudin (saying that Sudan was "wag the dog" and "just and aspirin factory") and yet refuses to consider what Bill could have done if he wasn't distracted over a non issue (he lied about something that wasn't criminal).

These same people don't mind that Bush has clearly lied about a host of issues relating to Iraq because "it wasn't under oath" and are not bothered by the fact that Bush will not let his staff testify under oath at all over a fucking WAR.

These same people are worried that arabs are a threat to the west when on their best day they aren't much more of an annoyance to Israel, a country that is smaller than our smallest state.  Seriously, they are willing to give up any right, any freedom, anything out of their fear of a threat that pales in comparison to our losses to bathtubs and hair dryers.

So because so many fear the drummed up threat of terrorism and actually believe we are in some sort of war against a real threat, they don't want to see this worthless pos president tried for treason, although I am really hoping we will soon see reason and hang the bastard.

Hello SimplyMichael,

I always hope for learning and the raising of an intellect beyond where it was yesterday.

The problem I have with Monkeyboy is that there has always been somebody in his life to bail him out when he screwed up.

I dont think he will learn anything doing a gallows dance.  Make him Bubba's roommmate in prison, force him to consider that all the idiotic things he did as president are the reason his butt itches and his jaw has a cramp in it, and he might realize that actions have consequences.

I always hope for a person to find their way to enlightenment and self-awareness, no matter how much I detest the person.

I was embarrassed for alot more than 5 minutes!  I actually had nightmares about Clinton's cigar.  Aiee.

But, I agree with your basic point.

Why is it that Clinton gets a bj in the Oval office,no one dies..theAmerican people were embarrassed for, like, 5 minutes, Clinton get censured and impeached... and Bush has bankrupted the treasury, destroyed lives and livelihood and has not been impeached YET!?

What or who is protecting this guy??

America is a protestant country and according to protestants, it is alright to kill but not to have sex because to kill, you are invoking god's judgement on someone who obviously deserved it, if you have sex, you are enjoying being sinful.

Well, we're not entirely Protestant. We also have what they call "Southern Baptists."
You know why Southern Baptists don't like fucking?
It may lead to dancing!

As for Clinton vs Bush that's like asking someone if they want a broken arm or a broken elbow; what's the difference?
They're both pieces of shit!

Yes and no, popeye1250.

Comparing Clinton to Bush is like asking somebody if they would rather have a hangnail or be a quadraplegic.

Actions speak louder than words.

Popeye? you have such a way with words...
tell us how you really feel now.
Bush was elected supposedly because he is for the "moral majority", etc.
He was supposed to be the anti-Clinton.
Now all that voted and supported him must feel like total asses.
Many, many, many miss good ole slick willy.

Why won't the Dems impeach Bush you ask?
Because then Cheney would become President.

A couple of thoughts to ponder:
If they hate us for our freedoms, why are we forcing our freedoms on them. Won't that make them hate us more.

Or...

Since we haven't been able to force our freedoms upon them so they are like us, is that why our freedoms are being taken away....so they do have the same freedoms we have?

Why wont Monkeyboy resign?

Because then there would be nobody to pardon Shotgun.

I personally think the administration is setting up Monkeyboy to be the Fall Guy to protect everybody.

He is probably moving to Dubai after he leaves the White House.

The first, foremost and only reason why the Deamoncraps haven't tried to impeach President Bush is plain and simply because they know they can't come up with anything that President Bush has done/not done that meets the U.S. Constitution's criteria for impeaching a President.

Deamoncraps all over the place STILL refuse to accept the fact that Clinton began and stopped going after Bin Laden commensurate with the opening and closing of the Senate's Impeachment hearing (no better example of "wag the dog" no matter the result) and did absolutely nothing after being given a free pass for having violated "Sexual Harrassment in the Workplace" laws and lied under oath to a Civil Court Judge, a District Appeals Court Judge and a DoJ Special Prosecutor.

Those same Deamoncraps either don't recall at best or ignore at worst the plain and simple FACT that more people in Clinton's adminstration either fled the country, disappeared, died under mysterious circumstances, voluntarily went to prison, accepted bribes, took the 5th or repeatedly said "I do not recall" when called to testify about various things that went on during his tenure than any other administration in history. "Do as I say, not as I do" Deamoncraps.

Clinton et al Deamoncraps began drumming up the threat of terrorists/terrorism (and Saddam's/Iraq's WMD) immediately after the 1st terrorist bombing of the WTC in 1993 yet STILL repeat their "Bush Lied" mantra. Hypocritical Deamoncraps.

POS Deamoncraps.

Looks more like Paraguay...

Paraguay in a spin about Bush's alleged 100,000 acre hideaway

Tom Phillips in Cuiab
Monday October 23, 2006

Guardian
Meeting the new couple next door can be an anxious business for even the most relaxed home owner. Will they be international drug traffickers? Have they got noisy kids with a penchant for electronic music? As worries go, however, having the US president move in next door must come fairly low on the list.
Unless of course you are a resident of northern Paraguay and believe reports in the South American press that he has bought up a 100,000 acre (40,500 hectare) ranch in your neck of the woods.
The rumours, as yet unconfirmed but which began with the state-run Cuban news agency Prensa Latina, have triggered an outpouring of conspiracy theories, with speculation rife about what President Bush's supposed interest in the "chaco", a semi-arid lowland in the Paraguay's north, might be.
Some have speculated that he might be trying to wrestle control of the Guarani Aquifer, one of the largest underground water reserves, from the Paraguayans.
Rumours of Mr Bush's supposed forays into South American real estate surfaced during a recent 10-day visit to the country by his daughter Jenna Bush. Little is known about her trip to Paraguay, although officially she travelled with the UN children's agency Unicef to visit social projects. Photographers from the Paraguayan newspaper ABC Color tracked her down to one restaurant in Paraguay's capital Asunción, where she was seen flanked by 10 security guards, and was also reported to have met Paraguay's president, Nicanor Duarte, and the US ambassador to Paraguay, James Cason. Reports in sections of the Paraguayan media suggested she was sent on a family "mission" to tie up the land purchase in the "chaco".
Erasmo Rodríguez Acosta, the governor of the Alto Paraguay region where Mr Bush's new acquisition supposedly lies, told one Paraguayan news agency there were indications that Mr Bush had bought land in Paso de Patria, near the border with Brazil and Bolivia. He was, however, unable to prove this, he added.
Last week the Paraguayan news group Neike suggested that Ms Bush was in Paraguay to "visit the land acquired by her father - relatively close to the Brazilian Pantanal [wetlands] and the Bolivian gas reserves".
The US presence in Paraguay has been under scrutiny since May 2005 when the country's Congress agreed to allow 400 American marines to operate there for 18 months in exchange for financial aid.
At the time many viewed the arrival of troops as a sign that Washington was trying to monitor US business interests in neighbouring Bolivia, after the election of Evo Morales, a leftwing leader who promised to nationalise his country's natural gas industry.

Jim,

Thanks for the laugh, nothing like regurgitated Rush Limbagh bullshit for entertainment!

Wow, what a high level behavior you set for Impeachment...

Remember, congress did nothing for the last six years, give them a few more months and the standard of violating sexual harassment and lying to a judge just might be met...

Oh, and I really have to thank you for the laugh, arguing with some of the people here, I actually have to bother fact checking and thinking before I post but responding to this is like a little vacation from work!
