The matter is simple really, the argument was that they had the potential to terrorize-----we have now set a stage that will fulfill this potential. Are we safer now for the war on terroism? hey, we can find Saddam Hussein, what is the holdup with Osama, and his ilk?

Well like i said in another thread, everyone on the border territories knows where obl is virtually all the time. he spends lots of time near cough cough peshawar tora bora and that whole border area. its common gossip over there where he is and he is thought to be a hero against the great "OPPRESSORS" the infidels who want to give them freedom!!!
(keeping in mind that over there you can smoke pot, opium, get any drug that the drug store sells by just walking in and asking for it, sling a rocket launcher over your shoulder and stroll down town etc)
So the infidels are trying to remove that oppression and install the freedom of perscription medicine, gun control, and a host of other freedoms like that that.
Frankly i cannot understand why they woudl be pissed about it LOL
What we have in america is pre-emptive governemnt, government that no longer waits till someone is guilty or has committed a crime to enact laws against that crime.
We make laws because lightning might strike. What society could refuse the wonderful corporation that we offer them?

yeh and i agree, like a self fulfilling prophecy we did in fact set the stage for this to happen with our actions toward them. kick them and expect them to turn the other cheek. like we would if it were reversed?
i suppose there is a way out, like something along the lines of a formal apology on some level, like the great america can do that on a timely basis... we will wait 50 years till everyone affected is dead then issue it after thousands of lives are lost and it does not count anymore. thinking the jap concentration camps on us soil. Oh we have them btw, i posted the link verifying their authrization once, 12 million capacity? wonder who they plan on putting in them this time?
