Ivory can be harvested from dead carcasses, but never is, due to ivory being illegal to export. If you purchase ivory, you are not only supporting illegal trade, but the illegal trade of an endangered species. There is a difference between skins harvested from a farmed animal slaughter 'humanly', to one that is slaughtered by poachers. Oh and if your going to forgo leather, better forgo the (non environmental)PVC too, as that uses animal oils and is an environmental hazard.

I love the ones that come with the 'heat and cold instructions'...lol... I think the 'pyrex' ones come in really beautiful designs now. And they aren't a bad price either...

Dark, my most besotted reason to live for mammary glands, I am gonna answer this post the same as you answered my first. BULLSHIT! Having said that you can get ivory, it is strictly controlled and is now harvested from dead animals and is restricted in import and export. And big spendy. Don't mean that even if someone else owns them now and I was never given a chance, that you don't have a right proper set of MacGuffies. Ron

Ivory Strap-on's? Sounds like somebody is in for "One Hell of an Elephant ride" if you ask me. There are questions of Ethical use of dead animal parts on human beings. Legalities in the export/import business of said animal parts. Are you intending to give it up the ass to some animal rights activist here? I wonder if the Russian black market deals with this sort of thing. Oh Hell, people in China dig up old Dino bones for medicine. However, if you know someone who scuplts they should be able to make it for you. You'll probably have to buy the marble and then pay the finishing cost though. If you can tell them what it's for!
