I have been wearing the CB3000 for few months now and now i have noticed that my foreskin becomes very puffy like inside the CB3000. When i remove the CB for the rest of the day then the foreskin returns to normal but when i put it back on the same thing happens.

Does anyone else have/had this problem or know the solution to it please let me know

i didnt use CB3000 yet but my Mistress bought one of them. I will begin to wear it in near future.
you asked this in 2005 and as i see nobody answered your question...
but i am interested about the problem you had..

anyways...

Lack of ventilation. Try drilling the appliance with many small holes, to allow air flow. Don't forget to sand off the burrs inside with fine sandpaper after!
