Diabetic Easter Fudge

Servings: 8
Ingredients:
  • 1 square unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. artificial liquid sweetener
  • 1 pkg. vanilla or chocolate artificially sweetened pudding powder or 8 tsp. finely chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over boiling water.
  2. Add evaporated milk and mix.
  3. Cook 2-3 minutes, then add vanilla and sweetener.
  4. Spread on small foil pie pan or plate.
  5. Chill. Cut into 8 pieces.
  6. Form into egg-shaped balls and then roll lightly in pudding powder or chopped nuts

Cadbury Eggs were invented by a woman to help their partner exercise and strengthen their tongue....break in half and lick every bit of the filling out...don't leave a drop....

Easter Cookies for low carbers.......slice cheese, cut into shapes, dye cream cheese and decorate cheese cut outs with the dyed cream cheese.

   another good exercise for the tongue would be...crack a chocolate covered cherry all over a woman's body and lick it off.....very good exercise.

any idea what the serving size and carbs per serving is on these?  My kid has diabetes.

it never did say any type of calories or sugars per/ serving. sorry. i would imagine a very small piece would be safe depending on your child's diabetes. I have type 2 diabetes controlled by metformin once a day and my diet so it's hard to say..
