       I'm just thinking of that scene towards the end of Independence Day when Randy Quaid starts talking about wanting payback for the time he was abducted by aliens and everybody else in the room was faced with a radical paradigm shift.

Just how the hell do you run a title search and check for a lien on property located on Mars?

I was thinking of buying a few stars named for people but who owns the rights and is there one central organiation in charge that lists, names and records the said properties?
