Hi there..

I was just thinking, sometimes someone says something to you and you really hear it, its like it goes inside you or something swims around for awhile and settles nicely within you....

One day I was with a regular client and he said "You're very adaptable arent you" he was referring to how I applied myself to life. Ive seen this man once a week for about a year and a half and in the course of our sessions we talk..one day he just came out with that.

When he said that, he really spoke to my submission, my submissive self smiled.

Have you had stuff like that happen..not with your Dominants or with anyone who knows how you live at all..but just someone vanilla who has seen something and said something thats made your inner submissive/slave smile?

Hello, slavejali. =)

Yes! I used to be a restaurant manager and got compliments on how attentive I was from customers. Which made me feel very good, especially since I busted my lil' ass trying to give people " that extra special touch" =)

My mom says I'm an overly spoiled little princess.  And that I have good taste. :)

No one has ever called me submissive or compliant who wasn't kinky.  Although I have had a boss tell me I followed instructions well.  I was suprised when my Dominant told me I oozed submission.  This was before we started dating so maybe he was just trying to woo me ;)

yes i have, while shopping i tend to help the customers more than the sales people and so i get told all time how helpful i am...other than that i really don't know anyone outside of the lifestyle, all my friends are in it.  i also live so far out in the country that i don't see a lot of people, so if i go to town it is for a reason, be it shopping or having lunch with my friends.

A man I'm friends with at work said to me once, "tricia, you have your own song playing in your head."  It still makes me smile when I think about it.

I am quite often told that I should concentrate on working in customer services cos I am just one of those people who cant help but help (in a good way not a meddling way) I'm kinda proud of that fact.

My bosses love me because I always say "no problem" and "whatever you need."
But for some reason, some of them still seem to think that I'm a Domme (there's a lot of sexual harrassment at my job, so much that lawyers have told me I could make a fortune suing my company, if I'd ever actually complained about it)

I had a client tell me the reason he only uses my company is that I make people feel comfortable even in uncomfortable situations with an open and honest aura wrapped pretty with a smile.

This touched me and has stayed with me.  I think about this impression with each client I meet.

At the hot tub place where we were shopping I was asking a LOT of questions (it's a big investment!) and I wanted to know specifically WHY one hot tub was better then the other and so on. Well, the salesmen told me I have a very "dominant" personality....lol

And once, when I was laid off I worked the drive through at a local Taco Bell. One of the customers that came through actually went across the street when she was done to McD's, went through their drive through and asked for the manager there... she told him that he needed to send his people through my drive through so they could see how it should be done!!! Then she called corp headquarters and told them how awesome my service was and a district manager came and told me personally.

I wasn't gonna mention my stint at Taco Bell...lmao.... but I guess it's important that everyone knows that no matter what you do for a living, someone, some place, will be affected by it.

my work puts me in service to the elderly and the disabled.  i have been told often that i was the only one who took the time to explain things.  One woman, yesterday, told me she felt i had been sent to her by God.  When my simple service is perceived as life-changing i feel renewed, strengthened, and absolutely in awe that a small service can touch a life in such positive ways.  If i am a blessing to someone then i am all the more blessed.

I think the best compliment I ever received came from a participant of one of my theatre workshops who had just come out of a theatre workshop devised by Kevin Spacey at the Old Vic Theatre in London.

I was told I was more professional and had better contact with the participants.

Now that massaged my ego for quite a long while.
