What you have sounds promising to me, though it depends what you are expecting from "a Domme". If You mean, a Woman who likes to wear leather and beat men with a whip then you may be disappointed. But if you mean, is She genuinely dominant and does She like submissive men, it would appear so. She doesn't have to satisfy your kinks or any fantasy image of a Domme to be one in that sense.
Work on that. Do everything you can to please Her and let Her know you enjoy serving Her. Encourage her to use you as Her servant. If She has a Domme within Her, that Domme will appear and take control and all you have to do is to allow it. If She wants bdsm play, it will happen, but it doesn't mean She's not truly dominant because She doesn't do what you want Her to do.
i was lucky. i submitted to a Lady who was naturally dominant but otherwise apparently vanilla who turned out to have latent bdsm desires. That might not happen to you, or it might. But the main point is, if you want a Domme, you have to let Her set the agenda, not insist that She satisfies your preconceptions.
