I agree with those that have said as long as it's not negative, I don't mind. I get more frustrated when people try my real name and repeatedly get it wrong after I've corrected them.

I'm from the south, too. Maybe that does have something to do with it. Come to think of it. there is something definitely very sexy about a guy with the right accent saying "darlin'" or "ma'am". MMM and now all I can think about is Matthew McConaghey. What was the topic again?[:D]

Any name is fine to me, coming from the person I love. Except when he calls me "sweetheart", in that special dominant tone. It ussually means I did something wrong, and I ussually get pretty scared...(Ouch!).

Any other name coming from a stranger, will always be "a name coming from a stranger", who I probably won't see or meet again during my existence

Any name is fine to me coming from the person I love. Except the times when he calls me "Sweetheart" (GOD! I hate it!), in that special dominant tone. It ussually means I did something wrong and scares me like hell.

Any name coming from a stranger, will be always "a name coming from a stranger", who I probably won't see, or meet again during my existence in planet Earth.
