Status: offline 		Mistress Requires me to wear a plug at all times. Is there any long term problems with this.

Status: offline 		I can imagine the sphincter muscle getting lazy after awhile.

It would be benificial for you to do Kegal exercises to stengthen the muscles.

Being put into diapers will take care of that. In addition, diapers will keep you plug in place. You can use plenty of lube and not have a mess as well
