I can't believe i watched the whole thing. Doesn't matter if it was just over a minute. I don't think gross is a strong enough word. That was repulsive.

It IS disgusting, and I DO know people who have asked me to do pretty much that to them (no, I didn't consent to their request) but I'd say it's fake. Unless the person cut the cord to their testicles, stuck them back into the scrotum, and then popped them out again for the camera, it's fake. The testicles are connected to the vas deferens, so they won't pop out like peeled grapes. Also, the penis is really tough, spongy tissue, so that knife they used to chop their penis would actually have to saw into it to get anywhere. It's a nice fake if you're into freakouts, though. JMO - but I hope I'm right!

Meah. I've done that, just not on a human. Definately NOT 'real'. There is quite a bit of blood supply to the penis and testes - tied off or not... and the testes should have started to look blue/purplish from lack of blood if the cord was tied that tight. Also, as Lady Seraphina stated, the testes don't just 'pop' out like grapes... the spermatic cord, cremaster muscle, deferential artery, and a slew of other tissues are attached. As for slicing through the penis... either that knife was an uber scalpel, or the guy had more penis issues than just removal. [:D]
