Just want to say "Hello". I'm new and want to meet everyone who might be interested. I am old ( 67) fat, 6'1" 280# ( use to be a truck driver, warehouse man...went to a desk, but ate like a trucker,warehouse man...) have arthritis, so knees and other parts are shot!
