iso a video for beginning Domme, a kind of how-to video. Does such a thing exist and if so, where can it be obtained?

There is one on Amazon.com.
Search on DVD, but I really do not recommended.

Read books - SM101/The Mistress manual and other beginner books first.
In terms of skills, you just have to practice.
Anyway, dominant shouldn't have to find how-to, he/she should know it by heart/nature.
