I picked up a "wards violet ray machine" aka violet wand kit it doesnt seem to work and looks like the capacitor is bad...does anyone know where I can get a replacement part or specs from the old one to find an alternate piece? thanks

What are the marking on the part you need?

its so old it doesnt seem to have any markings---sort of wondering if I can't build something new that will fit in the old case I mean its two coils a capicitor and a oscilator right?

If you can't identify the part it's going to be hard to replace as you probably know. As for building the electronics over again all I know is I probably wouldn't build it myself or I wouldn't take it lightly if I were to.
