I wanted a box but they were not in stock on the tivo.com so I bought one at radio shack right around christmas, and I was promised by tivo.com afull refund it's been 4 months and no site of a refund. have had over and over the problem of screwed up recordings, and the censors are liend up and the code is all proper I've jumped through every hoop with support, and it still won't record right and I am getting EXTREAMLY angry, and EXTREAMLY disastified. They simply can not resolve this issue. It'll be like over 200 bucks to cancle my year contract early, other wise I'd trash tivo and go with dishnetwork or something.
