To address the writers block, here is a highly effective exercise:
Take time out of your day and, as silly as this sounds, make a list of all of the attributes about your Mistress that you admire. Time it; give yourself 20 minutes.
Then, take a separate sheet of paper and draw three circles:
O things that connect Maam and sub
/ \
Maam O _____ O sub
As you can see, one circle is Her, the other is yourself. The third circle represents all of those things that connect the 2 of you:
Now, just follow your thoughts: For example, if this diagram on a piece of paper makes you thing of 'flogging' for example, put it where you think it belongs, write it as an offshoot of the circle of 'things that connect Maam and sub', if that's where you feel it belongs. Another example might be the term 'leather boots' that pops into your head, write that as an offshoot of Maam, if you connect them with her in your mind/heart/psyche. Let your mind just freeflow, and jot down the words, phrases, emotions, psychological descriptions, sexual connotations, anything that comes to mind as the result of your previous thought, and either allocate it to Maam, to yourself or to the connected circle.
Again, time yourself, give this only 20 minutes.
Now take a third piece of paper and write down a list of all of the ways in which you think about yourself, list everything you admire about yourself, everything you think you need to work on about yourself. Again, take 20 minutes.
Now, you have spent one very constructive hour in reflection of a great many things: what you admire about Her, what you think about your relationship and how you two interact, what you think about yourself.
Then sit down for 30 minutes and DRAFT your first Oath.
Wait until the next day, reread the three lists, then reread your oath, then re write it.
Edit and submit.
Best of luck to you in this effort and remember, oaths will change as you grow and develop both as her sub and as an individual.
You might want to assign yourself this exercise again, say, about every six months.
