Creatine Monohydrate can be wonderful for some people. If I recall correctly a normal "dose" mixed with liquid equals 21/4 pounds of red meat in the protein and other nutrient areas. However, it does have a tendecy to speed up the human heart. For someone with a heart condition or even that dislikes regualar coffee because of the "rush" its not advised. It also can create major stomach "discomfort" cramping, upset and so forth if not taken with a decent size meal or when one is fairly full. For people that are working out you will pack on lean muscle mass. It is FAR better than all the protein powders, protein bars or any other muscle building or weight gain supplement.
