WOW!

Maybe someone can tell me where all the books are???

i just got an interesting (how to) legal book and in the back of it there are listed well over 100 books of similar nature running from legal dictionaries, con law, to judges bench books etc.

Would you believe out of that huge array of books and authors, maybe 80 authors total i was only able to find 1 book in the public library??!

Whats up with that?  Did this country go through a book burning rally that i was unaware of or what the hell is going on?   1 out of over 100 books! All of them legal with things like perfecting land patents, queiting etc.

Can you believe this?

I think libraries will soon be obsolete. I have hundreds of books in electronic format, among them all the Dune series and The Turner Diaries. When I needed the manual for an AK47 the first place I looked was the internet. Voila, there it is.

I can't say I am completely comfortable with this. I can't really judge if it is for the better or worse. Each option has it's ups and downs. If you really own your PC, nobody can really keep anything from you, like the book I have "How to build an EMP bomb". You won't find The Turner Diaries in those buildings either, but it is online. Actually some of the Mark Twain works have been deemed politically incorrect, and that is something which I resent.

Let's take the turner diaries for an example. I am a racist but not a bigot. I am no better than anyone else because of race, it is my learning and attitude that merits me the right to an opinion. Race has nothing to do with it. What's more, if you really read the turner diaries you see the guy's main enemy is the government. I also came out of reading that book with the attitude "you just can't do that". In a way it demonstrates that there are no simple solutions to our problems.

They made a BIG mistake taking Huckberry Finn out of libraries. What is next, Roots ? How is it that Finn goes and Roots stays ? That is a judgement made by a person as to what is to be made available, censorship of the worst kind. None of these works contain any significant amount of profanity. It is the content, the subject matter. It is a desire to quell thoughts and ideas which the censors do not agree with. That is criminal.

Even with the strict rules about posting on CM, we are miles ahead in thoughts and ideas.

How about Loss of Liberty ? It should be on the front counter, every library should have at least ten copies, but you won't find them. You'll find a bunch of books on who killed JFK, but there are a few that tell why JFK was killed. Again, you won't find them in a library.

intereting!  i am noticing there is virtually zippoo on con law, thats constitutional law for those who are unaware of the slang, and most that they do have on law is all after the 50's... (for the most part).

What a convenient way to prevent researching the law in its original intent.

That and i just ran a few of these names past the local college law library and guess what?

You guess it same thing!

Wanna hear the best of all?   i called up a few attorney's and asked this querstion:  where is a court in the great state of wisconsin where i can have a common law trial.   NONEXISTANT!!!

So we are all subject to ucc and admiralty!   i suppose there may be a bright side to it, possibly, and that is to go off the grid and become sovereign, demand your right to a common law trials for whatever, and stick things in gridlock forever since they have no courts here with jurisdiction to preside over the case LOL

i have to look into that more...  just an interesting thought.  This is getting more unbelievable as i go along here.

I wonder if the same applies to findlaw.com

Findlaw is a member based site, however it is directly searchable by google.

Incidentally Real, I know a guy doing 15 years instead of 2 because he antagonized the court with common law and whatever else he used. They actually sent him to a psychiatrist because they figured he was nuts.

This is very dangerous. You might win in tax court, but there are times it behooves one to shutup and take the deal.

The thing that really bothers me is that usually a court will not allow any quotes from the Constitution. I remember a recent case where the defendent was prohibited from citing the second amendment. Yes it was a firearm possesion case.

The deal is, you can't win. Sad but true. I have stopped most of my legal research because as long as 'they' don't care about the law, and 'they' have the most guns and keys to the jail,  'they' are going to win.

I know it is not right, it boils my blood, but until I invent some new weapon with which to take over the country, they win.

BTW, the guy I know doing the 15 years, that is for growing pot. A real criminal if they ever seen one. Now he is supported by taxpayers' dollars. At least not my dollars. I stopped volunteering to pay taxes years ago. All I gotta do now is stay out of their sights.

Posting nonPC stuff on this board probably doesn't help, but I will lay low, I will not make alot of noise, I will not attract attention, but I will never shutup.
