Status: offline 		A follow up on my question about fans used in scenes...

Where can I find fans to use? I got my plastic spined silk fan and my wood spined silk fan from a merchant called The Pillaged Village at Pennsic (www.pennsic.net if you are curious what that is...), but that's a once-a-year thing. I have also found the wood spined silk fans in Chinatown in D.C., but I'm not there anymore, so it's hard to get there.

The kind of fans people seem interested in are feather fans, especially (the peacock feather fan sounds cool). I'm also interested in finding plastic spined and wood spined fans, and I'd really like to find a good quality metal fan. Even better would be a fan with blades or razors on the edges of some of the spines, but I'm pretty sure that'd have to be custom made.

Anyone have resources for any kind of fan?
