i just got off Yahoo IM from talking to a sub friend of mine. We don't talk that often, and it's always a joy to hear from her. In the course of our conversation, i told her about a "Dom" that i was speaking to, and hoping to eventually meet. A few minutes later i found out......He's her boyfriend, and He's suppose to be monogamous.
This isn't the first time this has happened to her; in fact we first met when her ex and i had a "relationship". Her ex was also suppose to be mono, but i didn't find that out until after the fact (he essentially forced her into poly, and since she didn't want to lose him accepted it). She always tells the prospective boyfriends that she's mono, so it shouldn't be a problem.....right? But NOOOOOOOOO, they agree to it, and then tell her after she forms feelings for them that mono isn't for him.
The kicker with this "Dom", he not only has been contacting me for a possible relationship, he's also contacted my slave sis for the same thing. As my husband Wolford put it to me a few minutes ago.... we all should be singing "It's A Small World". Hey, at least i can have a sense of humor with all of this.
*sighs*
i just don't understand it.
